Ready to tone and shape what's underneath those arms? Lift free weights for maximum results. You should be able to complete at least one set of 15 reps (females). It should be challenging, and almost as though you could barley pump on that last rep. If you feel like you could do infinite amount of reps, increase your weight! I like to lift 10-15 lbs.
