Black Pepper Chicken, sticky rice, with Udon noodle and Chinese Vegetable*
*I need help identifying this vegetable!

Select Udon. I went with organic, duh :)
Bring water to boil.
Cook 4 minutes.
Drain then serve.
(if cooking for cold udon, just rinse with cold water)
Noodles appear thicker than spaghetti noodles...
